This is such a great place to meet new people and relax. I had such a great time and the people were very friendly. The pool is a great place to spend an afternoon/morning/evening. The campground is always kept clean and the staff are always helpful. I'd go back every summer if I could.

Whether you're looking for a break from the city, a romantic escape with your partner, a fun setting for a weekend party or just a relaxed environment to meet new people, you can find it at The Point.

Amazing place!!. Stunning setting, well maintained and excellent, friendly staff. I have been a seasonal there for 4 years and can see the hard work and effort the whole team goes in to making it a special place where everyone can be themselves in a fun, safe enjoyable environment. I have heard some complaining about the rules of the park, which is standard in any campground, but they are usually the ones breaking the rules. Big Thumbs Up to The Point

This camp is the best gay, bi friendly camp ever. First of all, I would like to clear something up. A disgruntled person from out of the area who has never been to this camp much at all has recently wrote some bad reviews about this camp grounds using my name and picture. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but not when using someone else's identity to do it. The staff here are friendly and helpful and I cant think of a better LGBT friendly atmosphere to relax for holidays and enjoy! I have heard of other gay friendly camps around and I personally think they have nothing over this place. Mike and Sully are excellent hosts and I think that anyone who has doubts about the point haven't really given it a fair chance.

The Point has elevated the standard for LGBT inclusive get-away camping. They offer cabins, power sites, primitive sites and group sites as well as luxury suites so there is an option for any price point. Weekends are usually based around a theme, my favorites being Ubear in August and the non member Halloween weekend in the fall. You can always check the calendar on their website to see which weekend sounds the most suitable for you. The pool is the main social attraction for most who come here, it is maintained well, cleaned thoroughly nightly and somehow always seems to be just the right temperature. The Point offers two washrooms, one on either side of the park. In my three years here, I have never seen it below The Point's high cleanliness standard, that is a promise. The staff, seasonals, and regular weekenders like myself know of many places to go outside the park to explore and absorb the area. I'd recommend getting some bread for lunch time sandwiches at The Good Bread company and some peanuts from Kernels as a campfire snack, both only 5 minutes away.

The camp site is brilliant, fabulous pool and clean washroom/showers. There is food truck which could be a lot better. Minimal basic food. They adverse hours and don't keep to it unfortunately, and one of the guys is very rude.
